Tax Calculation:

1. To determine the price including tax for a total of 1000: Input 1000 followed by [TAX+].
2. To find the price excluding tax from a total of 1080: Input 1080 followed by [TAX-].

* The current tax rate can be confirmed by pressing the [TAX+] button.

Slide Switch (Rounding):

• F: Floating Decimal
• CUT: Values are truncated to the specified number of decimal places.
• UP: Values are rounded up according to the selected decimal settings.
• 5/4: Values are approximated; digits 0-4 are cut off while 5-9 are rounded up, based on the current settings.
• 4,3,2,1,0: Designates the exact number of decimal places.

Percent Calculation:

1. Add 10%: Input 1000 [×] 10 [%] [+].
2. Subtract 10%: Input 1000 [×] 10 [%] [-].

The formula for determining markup percentage is: Markup% = (Markup Price - Cost) / (Markup Price).

Grand Total Memory:

The result of any calculation performed after pressing the “=” key is automatically stored in the Grand Total Memory. This value can be recalled using the “GT” key, which functions similarly to the “MR” key for memory retrieval.

Constant Calculation:

To register a constant, press any operation key (“+”, “-”, “×”, “÷”) twice. The "K" indicator will be displayed to confirm that constant calculation is active. It alters the sequence of input values; for instance, entering 4--3 will yield a result of 3-4.
